Ticketing and Event Terms & Conditions
YOUR TICKETS
Please note: Due to the limited attendance capacity of this festival, advance tickets are limited to 4 per person at each screening, and no more than 3 screenings over the duration of the festival. Same-day tickets are open to anyone, without limits. So that as many people as possible can enjoy a night out, please choose your favourite nights to attend, and be generous with your fellow community members. Unreasonable abuse of this policy will result in your tickets being cancelled.. Please email us at tickets@topictureshow.com if you would like to request a unique exception.
Tickets to TOPS & Friends are free to the public, thanks to our generous funders and to your donations. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
Please cancel your tickets if you cannot attend for any reason. Given that onsite attendance is limited, we want to make sure every ticket will be used. If you cannot attend as planned, please cancel your tickets or transfer them to your friends (their contact info is important for contact tracing) by logging in to your Universe account and selecting the “My Tickets” option to manage your tickets, no later than 6pm the day before your ticketed event. Thank you!
